We use only top quality natural sandstone for our House Plaques. The colour is creamy
yellow being locally sourced in Hexham Northumberland the constant quality of the
stone is an ideal stone for house plaques.
House plaques are not drilled being intended for direct fixing into a wall cavity or to be
built into a wall. However if you require the plaque to be drilled this can be done free
of charge.
We make 3 sizes of plaque, 16in by 8in, 12in by 8in, and a 8in by 8in, with the stone measuring 1in thick the weight of the plaques being approximately (16 x 8 ) 5kg, (12 x 8 ) 3.7kg
and the ( 8 x 8 ) being 2.5kg.
When using the on-line design tool if the draft image of your sign appears to show the text overlapping or it is not centred correctly please do not be concerned as we will automatically resize and adjust the text in order to provide the best fit possible for your plaque.
